Your costs consist of our management fee and the custody fees of the custodian bank. Depending on the strategy, a performance fee is added, which is only incurred when your portfolio reaches a new high. You can find all fees at a glance here.
The management fee is our remuneration for managing your assets. It is calculated annually on the invested amount and decreases with the total of your deposits and additional contributions.

Shielding Strategy, Freedom Strategy
All figures apply annually to the invested amount, plus 0.30% custody fees of the custodian bank. For the Freedom Strategy, instead of custody fees, 0.50% applies for the custodian bank and insurance wrapper. The management fee for this strategy is not tiered by investment amount.
Custody fees of the custodian bank: 0.30% p.a.
The custodian bank levies the custody fees. They cover custody and account management, transaction costs*, annual tax reports, and cross-border fees. For Asset Protect, storage and insurance costs are also included.
Performance Fee (High-Water Mark)
The High-Water Mark ensures that we only charge a fee if your assets reach a new high. It amounts to 10% of the profit, and for the Special Strategies—Shielding Strategy, Freedom Strategy, and Miller Crypto—it is 5%. No performance fee applies to Asset Protect, as well as call and fixed-term deposits.

* Transaction costs do not include third-party expenses such as stamp duties, broker fees, fees for subscription rights, or other costs charged by third parties.
Do you receive commissions or retrocessions?
No. Estably is an independent wealth manager and does not accept payments from product providers.
Where can I see which costs have been incurred?
You can continuously view your costs in your dashboard. Additionally, you will receive an annual cost statement detailing all paid costs.
Is there a notice period or termination fee?
There is no notice period; you can terminate the wealth management agreement at any time. Closing a custody account with Baader Bank is free of charge; with Liechtensteinische Landesbank, a fee of CHF 100 applies.
