Securities are held separately from the bank's assets and remain your property. In the event of a bank's insolvency, you can have them transferred to another bank. Account balances are protected up to €100,000 or CHF 100,000 via the respective deposit guarantee scheme.

What happens if Estably becomes insolvent?

Your assets are not affected by this, as they are held at the custodian bank and not with Estably. We cannot dispose of your money at any time and are merely authorized to invest it.
